Senior Analyst | Investment Banking DCM

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investment banking Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected candidate will work in financial analysis, industry research, and preparing client deliverables such as pitch books and company profiles for investment banking projects. Additionally, manage team allocation, quality checks, and training to ensure timely, error-free project execution.Key Responsibilities Candidate has a strong understanding of company financials and is an expert in building and running financial models and creating client-ready presentations. He should have good understanding of company financials and ability to navigate various data base like Bloomberg, Factset etc. Preference will be for those who have worked on LBO trades in the past and have some understanding of debt productsAnalyze financial statements and KPIsBuild and maintain advanced models (3-statement, DCF, comps/precedents, scenario/sensitivity, and transaction impact analyses as needed)Support valuation and due diligence workstreams Prepare high-quality pitchbooks, investment committee materials, and management presentations Coordinate with internal teams and external advisorsmanage diligence trackers, Q&A, and process materials. Candidates may be required to run data rooms and coordinate with clients and investors for NDA’s and EL Core Competencies 5-7 years of experience in investment banking/M&A, transaction advisory, Leveraged Finance, or valuationStrong accounting and financial analysis skillsAdvanced Excel modeling expertise and high attention to detailExcellent PowerPoint and communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines with confidentiality and professionalism. Required Qualifications Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking domain Strong Accounting and financial skills /Good MS Office Skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
