Experience the difference with Listenlights - your trusted MEP partner.Role Description :The VP – Client Solutions will drive strategic business development, strengthen industry relationships, and build a high-performance client solutions engine for the Data Centre vertical.This role carries full responsibility for order booking, pipeline quality, margin discipline, and customer experience, working closely with Engineering, Estimation, SCM, Project Controls, and Execution teams.Key Responsibility Areas:1. Strategic Growth & Order BookingDevelop and execute the DC business development strategy.Build strong, qualified pipeline across hyperscalers and DC developers.Lead bid strategy and solution positioning to improve win ratio and margin quality.Ensure disciplined bid/no-bid governance.2. Industry Connect & CXO EngagementLeverage strong industry networks across hyperscalers, colocation operators, consultants, and OEMs.Build trusted CXO-level relationships.Represent Listenlights at industry forums and strategic platforms.3. Customer-First & Solution-Led ApproachDrive deep understanding of client uptime, scalability, and sustainability requirements.Position Listenlights as a solution partner — not a price competitor.Establish structured account management and client feedback mechanisms.4. Leadership & Team ProductivityBuild and mentor a high-performing Client Solutions team.Define clear KPIs: pipeline health, win ratio, revenue per BD resource, margin quality.Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.5. Process & Governance DisciplineImplement structured CRM, pipeline dashboards, and forecast reviews.Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews.Maintain strong cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders.Must Have Requirements:18–25+ years in EPC / MEP / Data Centre / Mission-Critical Infrastructure.8–10+ years in senior Business Development leadership role.Proven track record of closing large-scale Data Centre projects.Strong industry connect with hyperscalers, DC developers, and PMC ecosystem.Highly process-driven, customer-first mindset.Ability to build and scale high-performance teams.Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills.Success Metrics :Annual Order Booking (INR Value)Pipeline Coverage RatioWin Ratio (%)Gross Margin on Won ProjectsRepeat Business & Client RetentionTeam Productivity & Forecast AccuracyWhy This Role is StrategicThis is a strategic leadership role directly influencing Listenlights’ growth trajectory in the Data Centre segment.
