Job Description:

The Senior Process Manager – HRBP will partner closely with business and vertical leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. This role is responsible for leading HR programs, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, driving performance management, and creating a high-engagement culture aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic HR guidance backed by data and analytics to enable informed leadership decisions.Lead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.Design and execute engagement strategies, pulse checks, MTMs, and group connect sessions.Analyze insights from engagement interventions and implement action plans for continuous improvement.Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to ensure fairness, accountability, and continuous development.Lead succession planning for critical roles and support HiPo (High Potential) development programs.Conduct career discussions and developmental interventions for identified Analyst/Sr. Analyst groups.Implement proactive measures to reduce grievances and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and strengthen motivation.Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers for program-level and process performance monitoring.Utilize analytics to drive insights and support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.Required SkillsMinimum 8+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in the technology domain.Strong expertise in performance appraisal, succession planning, and stakeholder management.Proven experience in employee engagement and large-scale connect initiatives.Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to create and manage various trackers and data reports.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical capabilities with experience in using and presenting data for decisions.
