By collecting substantial data from across the world, they blend human expertise with technology, making sure we can deliver innovative insights to brands everywhere.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESShould exhibit high ownership by speardheading the end-to-end design & execution of complex research programs specially brand health tracking, for comprehensive brand and category performance measurement.Guiding the research executives working on a project to understand exactly what is required of them and training them if necessary. Contribution to the overall training of executives in quantitative research techniques.Client management and presentation of company credentials, proposals, and research resultsEnsuring the highest level of client servicing and account planning to build senior networks across our client base.Report writing and presentation creation including client recommendations, with the ability to work independentlyNegotiation of acceptable costs and contract agreements with suppliers.Creation of discussion guides and screeners + moderation of groups, interviews, ethnography, and online forumsBudget control and time spent monitoring job cost summaries regularly.Overall management of the research team and suppliers.Achieving growth and managing business financialsIdentifying new business initiatives and leveraging skills across unitsBuilding and nurturing strong client relationshipsCreating an environment that fosters new work/innovationsDriving thought leadership in teamsDeveloping research capability among team membersCAPABILITIES STATEMENT The candidate needs to have around 6 – 12 years of experience in primary Quantitative research & should have handled Brand Health Tracks into FMCG domain.Should have handled a minimum team size of 5 team members.Why join Kantar?We shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.
