Senior Manager II - Rewards & AnalyticsBangalore, Karnataka, India People & Culture Team No lengthy intro here, let’s get straight to the details, Zepto speed.Qualifications: Masters degree in HR, Business analytics, Statistics or related field from a Tier 1 Institute with 3+ years of experience in Rewards & Analytics in Product/Consulting/Internet/E-commerce/Startup OrganisationsStrong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and data visualizationExperience leading cross-functional teams and working with senior leadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to a HR leadersStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesResponsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :RewardsDesign, implement, and administer compensation structures, incentive plans, LTI programs and benefit programs aligned with business and talent strategies for executive employeesConduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and internal equity analyses to ensure competitive and fair pay practicesManage annual compensation cycles including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and incentivesProvide advisory support to management on both stock- based and non- stock incentive plans such as ESOPs, SARs, and performance- linked cash plans.Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Total Rewards & CHRO on matters related to total rewards strategy, design, and governanceSupport the manpower cost budgeting process and monitor budget metricsReview and implement changes in Compensation structure in the preview of changes taking place in Labour laws and other regulations and best practices followed in the market.Partner with Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and external administrators on budgeting, dilution analysis, and plan administration.AnalyticsOwn end to end HR analytics and reporting across attrition, hiring, workforce planning, engagement, and productivity.Lead the people analytics strategy and roadmap, embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics into core people decisionsBuild and scale predictive models for attrition risk, hiring quality, performance outcomes, workforce demand, and internal mobilityCollaborate with HR leaders to develop metrics that align with organizational goals and objectivesBuild and manage dashboards, reports, and key HR metrics across the employee lifecycle (hiring, performance, engagement, attritionEnsure data quality, governance, and ethical use of employee dataDrive automation and continuous improvement in people analyticsMust-have skillsStrong understanding of compensation structures, benefits & esop design, and statutory complianceExperience in the design and structuring of long- term incentive (LTI) plans is highly preferredShould possess strong knowledge of market trends, best practices and technologyHands-on experience with salary benchmarking and market surveysHigh attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilitiesSounds like we’re talking about you?
