With our deep-rooted belief in beauty that cares, we bring science-backed, nature-inspired products to every skincare enthusiast.Key Responsibilities :Returns & Reverse Logistics Management Manage RTO (Return to Origin) and RTV (Return to Vendor) operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.Ensure timely system closures for all returns in coordination with warehouse teams.Monitor and control TAT adherence for return receipt, inspection, and closure.Logistics & Partner Coordination Coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for return pickups, transit tracking, and issue resolution.Follow up on lost-in-transit, delayed, or mismatched shipments with courier partners.Channel-Level Reconciliation Perform channel-wise GRN tracking for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other quick-commerce and e-commerce channels.Reconcile physical receipts vs system entries and highlight gaps proactively.Discrepancy & Claim Management Handle return discrepancies including quantity mismatch, damaged goods, and non-receipts.Manage claims for lost or damaged shipments with logistics partners.Coordinate with the insurance team for claim documentation, follow-ups, and settlement closure.MIS & Reporting Prepare and publish daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports covering returns, claims, discrepancies, and TAT performance.Share actionable insights with management to improve process efficiency and cost control.Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Business or related field.4+ years of relevant experience.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience.Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements and generous paid time off.Culture: A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation.Website : Location : Worli Mumbai
