Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive ( QUESS CORP Limited Payroll )Role & responsibilities: - Sourcing profiles via for Assistant Manager and below roles- Primary screening calls with the candidates to see the job fitment- Interview schedule and stakeholder connect for interviews- Candidate documentation- Follow the Recruitment Process- Recruitment of Temp Staff- Manage Quess Corp to keep the Temp Hire on trackPreferred candidate profile: Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a corporateHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for Assistant Manager and below rolesExperience in temporary/contract staffing.Prior exposure to vendor management, preferably handling staffing partners like Quess Corp or similar agencies.
