This role is responsible for building standardized HR systems, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening talent management practices, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights to enable organizational growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Policy ImplementationDesign and implement standardized HR policies across group companies in alignment with labor laws and best practices.Ensure consistent HR governance and regulatory compliance across all entities.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.Reduce hiring cycle time and improve talent quality through competency-based hiring frameworks.Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and internal talent development.Performance Management & Organizational DevelopmentImplement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems to enhance accountability and productivity.Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning & development programs.Monitor post-training effectiveness and measure performance improvements.Employee Lifecycle & EngagementDrive employee engagement initiatives and organize corporate events and sports activities to strengthen workplace culture.Support leadership in building a positive and high-performance work environment.Compensation, Payroll & Benefits AdministrationOversee payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits administration for a large workforce.Ensure adherence to Income Tax regulations, TDS compliance, and Form 16 issuance.Maintain error-free payroll operations and audit readiness.Compliance & Statutory GovernanceEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including labor laws, POSH regulations, and audit standards.Serve as a POSH Committee Member and uphold workplace safety and grievance redressal mechanisms.Support ISO, AEO, and legal compliance audits.HR Analytics & ReportingDevelop and present HR MIS dashboards and analytics for leadership and board-level decision-making.Provide actionable insights on workforce metrics and organizational trends.Administration & Cross-Functional OversightOversee administrative functions including IT, marketing coordination, and facility management.Ensure operational efficiency, data security, and infrastructure effectiveness.Leadership SupportAct as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and senior leadership.Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance matters, and organizational development initiatives.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrategic HR leadership and policy developmentLabor law & statutory compliance expertiseTalent acquisition and succession planningPerformance management & organizational developmentPayroll, taxation & compensation managementHR analytics & MIS reportingStakeholder management and leadership collaborationPreferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field8+ years of progressive HR leadership experienceExperience managing multi-entity or group organizations preferred
