Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, capital planning, and business growth.Lead execution across teams, ensuring ideas translate into measurable outcomes while driving alignment, accountability, and timely closure. Support financial analysis, planning, and decision-making with structured insights.Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and maintain strong execution discipline.Build and institutionalize processes, controls, and performance-enabling frameworks. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who combines structured thinking with execution muscle. Must Have:0–3 years of experience in banking, NBFC, consulting, PE/VC, investment banking, or CEO’s office roles.Structured, first-principles thinker with solid analytical skills and comfort with financial modelling.Comfort with liability products, structured finance, or credit businesses.High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects end-to-end.Strong written and verbal articulation with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights.
