The role involves working on Ginesys ERP/POS, managing Shopify backend operations, and handling routine personal and business tasks. This role requires strong follow-up skills, comfort with systems, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesERP / POS OperationsCreate and manage sales orders, invoices, GRNs, and stock transfersMaintain and update inventory, pricing, and item mastersCoordinate with stores, warehouse, and accounts teams for data accuracyPrepare basic reports such as sales, stock, and pending ordersEnsure timely updates and clean data in GinesysShopify Backend ManagementManage online orders, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment statusUpload and update products, prices, inventory, and imagesCoordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for dispatchTrack daily online sales and flag issues proactivelyAssist with basic backend website tasks (no coding required)Business & Personal AssistanceManage calendars, reminders, follow-ups, and task trackingCoordinate meetings, calls, and vendor or customer follow-upsHandle documentation, data entry, and file organizationSupport ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsAct as a coordination point between different teamsSkills & RequirementsPrior experience with ERP Hands-on experience with Shopify backend Comfortable with Excel or Google SheetsStrong follow-up skills and attention to detailClear written and verbal communicationAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesTrustworthy, organized, and process-orientedGood to HaveExperience in apparel, retail, or D2C businessesBasic understanding of inventory and order lifecycleFamiliarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, and task management toolsWhat This Role Is / Is NotHigh-ownership, high-visibility roleMix of structured system work and dynamic daily tasksNot a purely clerical or data-entry-only roleNot a sales or marketing role
