JOB DESCRIPTIONCD | COPYWe’re looking for a Copy Supervisor with 4-5 years of copywriting experience in a digital/advertising agency. The ideal candidate has strong creative and ideation skills, along with a portfolio that demonstrates campaign thinking and copywriting across branded digital and social content.This is not a people-management role, but a hands-on creative position focused on crafting powerful ideas and sharp copy across campaigns, digital films, and social content.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and write copy for digital films, social media, print, online, and integrated campaigns.Contribute strong campaign ideas and platform-first content concepts.Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life.Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards across all outputs.Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to enhance ideation, research, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and brand voice.Stay updated with digital, cultural, media, and AI trends to create relevant and forward-thinking work.Take ownership of projects from concept to execution.Qualifications4-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in a digital-first agency.Strong conceptual thinking and campaign ideation skills.Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong portfolio showcasing integrated digital campaigns and social content.Working knowledge of AI tools in creative workflows is a plus.About The Content LabThe Content Lab is a Mumbai based digital first agency & creative content studio providing digital marketing and content solutions for the evolving digital space.
