Manager - AirfreightJob Purpose:Air Exports Procurement with back-up support to CS.Develop and expand Airfreight business.Job Involves the Following Linkages: Within the Organization:Sales / CS People within the division.Other DivisionsRegional HeadsOther Branches / Zonal ManagersAirport Operation TeamFinance Team Outside the Organization:CustomersOverseas OfficesService providers: Airlines, Freight Forwarder / Transporters / CHA'sKey Responsibilities:Air Export Procurement with back-up support to Customer Service.Develop strong relationship with airlines and procure very share Air export rates.Minimum 60% conversion on received enquiries.Generating budgeted Tonnage for the Department.Thorough knowledge on door to door shipments.Solving all Commercial & Operational Challenges for Air Exports.Market Coverage for corporate customers related to Air Exports.
