Listed Company – Compliance Report, Weekly Reports, Quarterly Compliances Corporate action, Coordination, Postal ballet, Annual general meeting, Extra Ordinary generation meeting. Cross sell I Vote Service, VC (Video conference) Services. Dividends coordination for the dividend processing Handle walking shareholders grievances regarding physical shareholders. Handling team of client service executives. Guide the team whenever they need support to resolve the issues. Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients. Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries. Interact with the client constantly, to know the area of improvement
