The role beareris responsible for asset NTB client acquisition along with liabilities and Forexdeepening. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams todrive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for acquiring new customers for business banking with a detailed understanding of credit assessment. Knowledge on liability, Forex, trade and client relationships, delinquencymanagement, relationship management, and an analytical mindset. Managing the portfolio effectively through continuous monitoring of accountsand renewals, enhancement, retention and ensuring portfolio hygiene withminimal open deferral and covenants. Develop a superior working relationship with branch banking for cross-leveraging & synergy optimization and work within the overall bank ecosystemwith other stakeholders. Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback fromdifferent channels and customers. Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency andquality across the branch network. Demonstrated ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions andmarketing initiatives. Understanding of financial statements, credit Assessment and title-securitydocuments
