We are committed to being a lifecycle partner for businesses, providing strategic and financial guidance at every stage of their journey.Job Purpose The Product Manager - Fixed Income will lead the end-to-end fixed income platform for our wealth management business. The role will be responsible for product strategy, platform development, product origination, and client-specific propositions across multiple fixed income categories including direct bonds, fixed income mutual funds, structured credit, and high-yield instruments. The ideal candidate will combinestrong product management capabilities ,deep fixed income market knowledge , andorigination expertise , with the ability to design differentiated solutions forcorporate treasuries, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth clients .Key Responsibilities - Develop & Manage Fixed Income Product Platform Own and manage theend-to-end fixed income product platformcovering origination, portfolio construction and trade execution : Direct bonds (government securities, SDLs, PSU bonds, corporate bonds) Fixed income mutual funds Structured credit and alternative fixed income funds Define product architecture, onboarding framework, pricing, risk filters, and lifecycle management. Work closely withtechnology, operations, compliance, and legal teamsto ensure seamless product delivery and regulatory adherence. 2. High-Yield & Credit Origination Originatehigh-yield and credit opportunitiessuitable for distribution to wealth clients. Engage with issuers, arrangers, investment banks, NBFCs, and credit funds to source deals. Evaluate credit risk, structure terms, and collaborate with internal investment committee and risk teams for approvals. Drive distribution readiness including documentation, investor communication, and post-issuance monitoring. 3. Client-Specific Fixed Income Propositions Design and curatecustom fixed income solutionsfor: Corporate treasuries Family offices Ultra-HNI and HNI clientsDevelop differentiated propositions across liquidity management, yield enhancement, capital preservation, and duration strategies. Partner with relationship managers and advisory teams to support client conversations and solution positioning. 4. Market Intelligence & Product Strategy Track macroeconomic trends, interest rate cycles, credit spreads, and regulatory developments. Identify product gaps and innovation opportunities in the fixed income space. Build scalable strategies aligned with client risk profiles and market conditions.5. Stakeholder & Distribution Enablement Act as a key interface betweeninvestment teams, sales, distribution, and external partners . Support sales teams with product training, marketing material, and deal-specific support. Ensure robust post-launch monitoring, reporting, and investor communication.Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum 8 years of experience in fixed income dealing/trading, preferably within Private Wealth, PMS, or Institutional desk. • Strong understanding of Indian fixed income markets and regulatory framework. • Proven ability to execute large-value trades and manage client-centric transactions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and risk awareness. • Relevant certifications (NISM, etc.) will be an added advantage.
