We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.We are a small team with big dreams and are seeking highly talented and experienced individuals to join us in this crucial role for expanding our impact and driving meaningful change in underserved communities.Role:Associate, Investments & Partnerships Work mode: Remote ( Preferably based in Mumbai, not mandatory) Function: Investments & PartnershipsRole Overview: The Associate role in theInvestments & Partnershipswill support Rang De’s efforts to grow and engage its community of social investors, with a strong focus on HNI, Family Office & WM-led networks. This is a hands-on role involving partnership outreach, research-driven execution, and impact storytelling. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to convert intent into sustained participation.Responsibilities: Partnerships & Outreach Support outreach to HNI, Family Office & WM-led entrepreneur groups, investor networks, and communities Assist in onboarding and managing partnerships, including follow-ups and coordination Help plan and execute engagement activities such as impact forums, SITs & giving circlesResearch & Insights Conduct desk research on investor-led networks, philanthropic collectives, and communities Assist in profiling investor segments, motivations, and engagement patterns Maintain trackers and dashboards to support targeted outreach and partnership effortsStorytelling & Communications Help collect grassroot stories from partners, borrowers, and social investors Draft content for newsletters, WhatsApp updates, social media, and partner communications Support campaign execution by translating impact data into simple, relatable narrativesOperations & Coordination Maintain partner databases, communication logs, and engagement trackers Coordinate with internal teams (investments, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth execution Support reporting on outreach activities, engagement metrics, and outcomesKey Skills and Competences: Passion to make a difference in the Social impact space Tenacity & Resilience: Capacity to navigate challenges and remain focused on achieving outcomes in dynamic environments Detail-Oriented: Ability to dive deep into operational and credit-related details to ensure accuracy and efficiency Analytical Thinking: Strong understanding of data and the ability to draw actionable insights Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful approach to resolving issues with innovative solutions Experience with CRMs, investor dashboards, or financial reporting tools Prior exposure to investor communications or impact reportingRequirements: 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, research, communications, or social impact roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and basic research tools Interest in social impact, philanthropy, and community-led initiativesBenefits: Work from Anywhere (WFA) Competitive salary as per the social sector Additional 11 days leave for Vipassana Meditation Create sustainable social impact with your work A purpose-driven work environment with opportunities to create lasting social impact.
