Tailor messaging and offers to resonate with specific audience segments. • Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving digital landscape, keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends, breakthrough technologies, and best practices in digital product management, consistently infusing your deep expertise into the team's innovative endeavours. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of cross selling and upselling efforts.
