While we have big brands, we have bigger opportunities as well.AB InBev India is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Modern Trade for Non-Alcoholic Beer - Sales based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra.Primary Purpose of the RoleLead and scale the Modern Trade business for the NAB portfolio by driving sustainable sales growth, improving profitability, ensuring operational governance, and building strong customer partnerships across national and regional MT chains.Key Tasks & Accountabilities- Deliver STW & STR targets across MT channels. - Develop monthly/quarterly sales plans and drive flawless execution. - Manage pricing, trade spends, promotions, and operational costs. - Ensure strong commercial discipline and adherence to internal governance norms. - Expand weighted & numeric distribution across all MT chains. - Drive assortment availability and visibility for the full NAB portfolio.Build strong relationships with MT retailers, category teams, and key account managers. - Lead annual JBP discussions and alignment on activations, pricing, and visibility - Develop Route to Market across all geographies. - Lead, coach, and develop the Modern Trade team to strengthen capability and performance. - Foster a high‑performance, ownership‑driven culture.Required Knowledge, Skills & AttributesEducation & Experience- Ideal – MBA with 6-7 years’ experience - Experience in Sales/Key Accounts/Modern Trade Sales in the Alco Bev/FMCG industry will be preferredSkills & Knowledge- Ownership mindset - High drive for achieving results - Excellent strategic thinking and planning ability - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks - The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)Quench your thirst for success.
