Job location - Dadar,MumbaiPref yrs of exp - 10 yrs plusPref background - Exp in Stationery Industry (Pencil, Geometry box, Art & craft etc) will be preferredJob Description- Identify and evaluate potential vendors domestically and internationally to manufacture products according to the requirements of the product development and design teams. - Negotiate with and monitor vendors on prices, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms to ensure the best outcomes for the company. - Oversee quality control and assurance, implementing robust systems to maintain high product standards. - Manage the logistics of the goods, considering trade agreements, tariffs, and government schemes to ensure the best outcomes for the company. - Develop and implement tools and systems to effectively manage global sourcing activities. - Formulate sourcing strategies to minimize risks related to vendor concentration and geopolitical issues. - Conduct audits and ensure compliance with approved standards.
