Business Finance Executive

Qualification & Experience:- Experience of at-least 5-7 years. - Looking for CMA candidatesKey Deliverables of the Role:• Ensure material account closing and correct allocation of all Plant and depot expenses i.e., Sales commercial common expenses.• Supporting BFM in closing Actual Financials.• Supporting other BFM’s in analyzing exceptional hit/gain in cogs of their Brands.• Preparing data for Updating masters in Tableau of Profit forecast and to generate NR details during Actual’s analysis.• Preparing, updating data in Tableau and supporting BFM in releasing Ex-com report.• Preparing Working Capital report Actuals, Monthly forecast and Budgeted.• Supporting BFM in preparing Profit Forecast.• Providing support to BFM in generating reports from SAP for analysis and helping analysis.• Addressing issues raised by Plants for Standard setting, maintaining exception table for map error or cake order.• Providing support to cross functional teams in understanding reports or data relating to Material accounting or sales or Material ledger accounting.• Providing reports or data or explanations to various internal audit teams as and when they seek information.• Ensuring masters are updated as and when new products or brand is launched. Co-ordinating with SAP master’s team to ensure the same.• Preparing multiple schedules of Audit requirement during quarter closing and additional schedules during Year end closing.• Liaising with statutory auditors to clear audit queries during quarterly and yearly closing.• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and doing month end closing activities for P&L finalization.• Preparing profit forecasts by taking inputs from various stakeholders.• Doing variance analysis by comparing actuals vs forecasts and budgets and finding the reasons for variations.• Carrying adhoc analysis (competition benchmarking, new product business case etc) in collaboration with cross functional teams.• Generating reports from SAP and doing deep dive on various cost heads including MM modules. • Providing support to cross functional teams in understanding reports relates to material ledger accounting.• Liaising with statutory auditors to clear audit queries during quarterly and yearly closing.Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:• Communication Skills• Planning & Execution Skills• Analytical Skills• CollaborationReporting Relationships:Upwards – Manager- Business Finance Manager
