Job Title: Senior Media Planner & Buyer – Integrated MediaLocation: Marol, Andheri East, MumbaiExperience: 4–8 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Media Planner & Buyer to lead end-to-end media planning, buying, and execution across traditional media channels, along with on-ground activation planning and execution. The role requires strong media understanding, vendor management, and hands-on execution capabilities.Key Responsibilities- Plan and buy media across Television, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, and other offline channels - Develop media strategies based on client briefs, target audience, budgets, and campaign goals - Recommend optimal media mix, reach, frequency, and market selection - Negotiate rates, placements, and value adds with media vendors and publishers - Manage media budgets, schedules, and release orders - Plan and execute on-ground activations including events, mall activations, roadshows, kiosks, and brand promotions - Coordinate with activation vendors, fabricators, promoters, and local partners - Oversee on-ground execution to ensure brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards are met - Track campaign performance, including GRPs, reach, frequency, and activation effectiveness - Prepare post-campaign reports and insights - Collaborate with client servicing, creative, and finance teamsRequirements & Skills- 4–8 years of experience in offline media planning and buying within an advertising agency - Strong working knowledge of TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, and activation formats - Proven experience in on-ground activation planning and execution - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines - Proficiency in Excel and media planning tools - Strong communication and client-handling skillsEducation- Graduate/Postgraduate in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred)What We Offer- Opportunity to work on large-scale, integrated offline campaigns - Exposure to high-impact on-ground activations - Growth opportunities in a full-service agency environment - Collaborative and fast-paced work culture
