The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting revenue targets. This role combines sales, account management, and strategic partnership development to drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within target industries and markets.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and placement goals.Conduct cold calls, networking, and virtual client meetings to generate leads and build a pipeline.Sales & Revenue Growth:Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable business deals.Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of experience as a BDM in the USA staffing/recruiting industry.Strong understanding of staffing solutions, workforce models, and US hiring trends.Experience hiring US Citizens, Green Card holders, EADs, and H1Bs on W2, C2C, and Full-time payroll models.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience working with Prime Vendor and MSP clients.Preferred Tools & Software ExperiencePlatforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.ioOffice Tools: Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, WordCommunication Tools: Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, ZoomInterested candidate send your resume to resumes@
