The person in this role will work closely with the founder and operate with high autonomy.Availability during US business hours for client and team interactions is required.Key Responsibilities::Own and drive monthly & quarterly revenue outcomes through disciplined execution and pipeline controlLead VMS operations (CEIPAL) for US full-time positionsManage and scale full-time (direct hire / permanent) hiring across multiple US clientsImprove submissions → interviews → offers → joins conversion ratiosManage recruiters, BDMs, and vendors with clear daily & weekly KPIsBuild and maintain a high-performing vendor ecosystem (A / B / C classification)Ensure SLA adherence and handle client escalations professionallyCreate simple dashboards, reporting, and execution discipline across teamsRequired Experience & Skills::8–12 years of experience in US Staffing / RecruitmentStrong background in full-time (permanent / direct hire) staffingHands-on experience in VMS environmentsProven ability to drive business outcomes, not just manage activitySolid understanding of the US hiring lifecycle and delivery metricsData-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable with accountabilityThis Role Is NOT::A coordination or support positionA reporting-only or title-based roleA founder-dependent roleThis role is about ownership, structure, and results.How to Apply:Please email your resume to sam@ with the subject line: “Head of Revenue & Operations – US Staffing.”Applications without the correct subject line may not be reviewed
