You will have direct ownership of sales performance, catalog management, and customer experience KPIs for both Amazon and our D2C website Key Responsibilities:Own daily sales performance and track vital metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and Average Order Value (AOV).Manage the end-to-end catalog, including listings, pricing, variations, inventory hygiene, and high-quality content (titles, images, size charts).Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, ensuring accurate discounting and price mapping across all channels.Coordinate dispatch, delivery SLAs, and service workflows, including the management of returns, replacements, and refunds.Monitor and improve metrics such as cancellations, RTO (Return to Origin), return reasons, customer ratings, and service turnaround times.Publish weekly performance reports and action plans, proactively flagging issues and driving resolutions with partners and internal teams.Qualification:Experience: Proven track record in e-commerce operations, ideally managing both Amazon and D2C platforms.Skills: Strong execution capabilities, high attention to detail, and a high level of comfort with numbers and data reporting.Important Note:Interested candidates should send their updated CVs and Current CTC details with a personalized cover letter explaining why they're the right fit for this role, and their salary expectations to venki@
