The objective of this role is to be embedded within strategic client accounts, act as the client’s primary technical sounding board, and convert day-to-day business and technology challenges into well-structured solution opportunities by working closely with internal teams.Role: Client Partner/Technical Account ManagerLocation: Mumbai (Remote)What You Will DoBe physically present within assigned client accounts and operate as an extension of the client’s teamBuild deep working relationships with IT, business, operations, and leadership stakeholdersProactively observe and identify day-to-day operational and technology challengesStructure ambiguous issues into clear problem statements and solution hypothesesAct as a sounding board for client ideas, constraints, and roadmap discussionsTake problems to a conceptual solution stage before engaging internal teamsCollaborate with internal teams to shape practical, implementable solutionsSupport pre-sales conversations through technical clarity and solution articulationLeverage stakeholder-mapping and research inputs to strengthen account intelligenceDrive account growth through relevance, consistency, and trustExperience & Profile10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, solutioning, or domain-focused rolesStrong technical foundation (enterprise IT, data platforms, AI, applications, manufacturing or pharma systems)Prior experience in client-facing technical roles (pre-sales, consulting, solution architect, technical account management)Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, unstructured environmentsStrong analytical thinking and problem-structuring capabilityComfortable engaging with senior client stakeholdersExposure to pharma, manufacturing, or supply-chain environments is a strong advantageIdeal PersonaThinks like an engineer, engages like a consultantCurious, grounded, and hands-onEnjoys solving new problems every dayBuilds credibility through insight and execution—not persuasionSeen by clients as a problem owner, not a vendor representativeSuccess in This Role Looks LikeBeing recognized as a trusted technical advisor within client accountsRegularly uncovering and shaping high-impact problem statementsDriving organic account expansion through trust and relevanceBecoming indispensable to both the client and internal solution teams
