Client Servicing Executive

Job Position: Client Servicing ExecutiveExperience Required6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (advertising/marketing agency experience preferred).Job Profile / ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.Conduct industry and market research to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business environment and objectives.Maintain a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in communication, documentation, and execution.Exhibit a dynamic, self-motivated, and positive attitude with a strong client-oriented approach and sound business judgment.Map client organizations, including key stakeholders and team structures, to facilitate effective engagement.Present agency credentials and strategically leverage them to build client confidence and win opportunities.Prepare cost estimates and proposals and obtain necessary budgetary approvals from clients.Work closely with design, planning, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain detailed documentation, including client archives, communication records, and interaction history.Personal Skills & CompetenciesAbility to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines.Comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
