Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Ads Success Manager to join our team, specializing inmarketplace advertising for Google Meta. This individual will play a crucial role in driving theadvertiser success by effective communication, providing strategic insights and data-drivenrecommendations, leading the media buying team, and collaborating with various teams toensure client goals are met efficiently.Responsibilities:● Marketplace Advertising Strategy: Lead advertising for Google Meta, driving performance and efficiency.● Data-Driven Insights: Guide the marketplace team with actionable, data-backed opportunities for scaling advertising efforts and optimizing performance. Provide deep insights into marketplace sentiments and trends to enhance overall strategy.● Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships withCategory Managers across marketplaces to generate key insights and developstrategic plans that drive client success.● Platform Trends & Innovations: Stay ahead of industry trends and emergingplatform capabilities. Integrate new functionalities and updates into existing clientstrategies for continuous improvement.● Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, focusing on the retentionand growth of both existing and newly onboarded clients.● Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor the marketplace mediabuying team, setting clear goals and ensuring performance targets are achieved.Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly the Strategy team, to pitchinnovative solutions to prospective clients.● Budget & Goal Planning: Oversee monthly budget planning and set actionablegoals in line with client roadmaps, ensuring alignment between client expectationsand performance outcomes.● Client Review Meetings: Lead weekly/bi-weekly client review meetings by guidingthe team in preparing comprehensive review decks that highlight key performanceopportunities, growth areas, and action plans.● Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily with media buyers and operationsteams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and optimize performance.● Primary KPIs: Focus on driving revenue and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) as theprimary key performance indicators, ensuring all efforts are aligned with theseoutcomes.Eligibility Criteria:● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertisingacross major marketplaces like Google Meta, Amazon.● Skills: Strong oratory, presentation, and analytical skills.
