LTIMindtree is seeking a AI Assurance Lead's role Pan India.Role ObjectivesTest Validate the functionality and accuracy of AI generated outputsExpectationsWorking closely with the development team to design test cases execute test scenarios and identify potential datarelated issues in the AI models.Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the overall quality and reliability of GenAI products.Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a keen understanding of data quality standards.ResponsibilityDevelop and execute test plans for evaluating the functional performance of GenAI modelsAnalyse AIgenerated outputs to identify discrepancies inaccuracies or unexpected behaviourCollaborate with SMEs and engineers to reproduce and debug identified issuesDocument and communicate test resultsSkillsExperience in software testing and Test Automation with a focus on data validationFamiliarity with data quality standards and best practicesExperience with ML deep learning TensorFlow Python NLPExperience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutionsKnowledge of programming languages and scripting on any one automation toolExperience in REST API development NoSQL database design and RDBMS design and optimizationsStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesLTIMindtree is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
