Accel IT services with PAN India operation employ about 2000 employees with its' operation spread over 100 Locations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Business Manager, based out of Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee and drive the business growth in their assigned zone, managing operations and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading a team to achieve business objectives, developing strategies to expand market reach focusing on Enterprise customers. They will ensure alignment with company goals and optimize operations to achieve regional profitability and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong sales, business development, and client relationship management skillsStrong in IT services with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.Team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholdersProven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate deals, and handle financial planningAnalytical mindset and decision-making capabilitiesPrevious experience in managerial roles, IT services business unit in a reputed companyMinimum Engineering Degree or MBA with meritorious academic track record
