Our portfolio includes illustrious brands like Clavam, Pan, Pan-D, and Taxim-O, which feature amongst the top 50 pharmaceutical brands in India.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.Manage facility services including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.Handle vendor management and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.Coordinate with travel vendors for employee bus transportation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.Maintain records related to office assets, repairs, and service agreements.Supervise administrative staff and monitor performance to maintain high service standards.Assist in budget preparation and cost control for administrative expenses.Support HR and other departments in organizing events, meetings, and training sessions.Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Administration/Management).5–7 years of experience in office administration and facility management.Strong knowledge of vendor management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Have managed sizable facilities equipped with modern infrastructure and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and smooth operations.
