About the RoleThe role involves developing and executing business strategies for Ycop and TASC, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and achieving business targets.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for business Strategy for Ycop and TASC.Enabling strong program proposition to TASC & Ycop customers.Analysis Portfolio and strategizing opportunities.Generate new business strategies & initiatives to achieve defined business target.Build and deepen relationships with other business units to increase the wallet of cross sell and revenue for Ycop & TASC.Ensure ongoing self-development.Focusing on PPI penetration at POS.Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.Working closely with sales team to achieve business the target.Building a good relationship with stake holder.Working closely with Asset & Liability product team for strengthening existing and developing new products and cross sell opportunity.Achieve “best in class” productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.Anchoring Bank @work Pan India initiatives to increase corporate level PPI penetration.Excellent Presentation skills.QualificationsPost Graduate from premier institute.Required SkillsExcellent communication skills.
