the idea of building, scaling, and learning in real time—this could be a rare opportunity to do meaningful work alongside a founder.A Note from the Founder & CEOWe are entering one of the most exciting phases of our journey.Over the next three years, we are building a franchise-led organization with 40+ units across India and select international markets. What excites me most isn’t just the scale—it’s the opportunity to build this the right way: with strong systems, clear values, and people who genuinely care about the work they do.To support this next chapter, I’m looking to bring one person into my inner working circle—someone who will work closely with me as a Business Manager & Executive Partner, helping turn vision into consistent execution. This role goes far beyond traditional executive assistance. It’s about thinking alongside me, bringing structure to fast-moving decisions, and ensuring that what we plan actually gets done—well and on time. You’ll have visibility into every part of the business: strategy, franchise development, operations, events, and the human side of leadership that doesn’t show up on org charts.I’m looking for someone who is curious, grounded, and dependable—someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in responsibility, and takes pride in seeing complex things come together. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to care deeply about learning, ownership, and doing things with integrity. There will be demanding days, travel, and moments where clarity has to be created rather than given. In return, you’ll gain something rare: first-hand experience building a scalable business from the CEO’s office, with trust, context, and real responsibility. If you’re looking for comfort or predictability, this may not be the right fit.But if you’re excited by growth, challenge, and the idea of building something meaningful alongside a founder, this role could shape your career in powerful ways.I value trust, transparency, and long-term thinking. If we work well together, this won’t feel like a job—it will feel like a shared journey of growth. If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.— Founder & CEO
