Vaidya Marg, Malad (East), Mumbai - 400097Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PMCandidate to CarryCopy of an updated resumePhotocopy of an Aadhar card and PAN card1 passport size photoA photocopy of UAN Service History Document (downloaded within a week prior to TCS interview date)About the RoleA Chargeback Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving credit/debit card disputes by reviewing customer documentation and applying rules set by card associations (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover). The role requires making judgment-based decisions, ensuring accurate financial entries, maintaining MIS reports, and safeguarding sensitive information.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate cardholder disputes using provided documents and association rules.Apply business rules and escalate cases when information is insufficient.Follow process notes for decision-making.Handle accounting entries in the General Ledger and monitor ageing items.Prepare accurate MIS reports.Support additional tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.Maintain strict information security. QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting).Required Skills1-5 years of relevant experience in Chargeback.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial entries.Experience with card association rules.Familiarity with MIS reporting.Note: Creating Unique Registration Number (EP ID) is mandatory to attend the interview.
