About Aspire - IITB Research Park Foundation (IITBRPF):In 2016, the Ministry of Education entrusted IIT Bombay with a pivotal mission: to establish the Research Park within the sprawling campus in Powai, Mumbai. It’s a dynamic ecosystem where academia, industry, and students converge to drive innovation and uphold academic excellence.Job Description:Orchestrate the planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority strategic initiatives that advance the organisation’s engagement mandate. Ensure that flagship events — from concept to delivery — are aligned with ASPIRE goals, well-resourced, and executed with measurable outcomes. Act as the central integrator across ASPIRE teams driving technical engagement events.Roles and Responsibilities:•Translate strategic priorities into structured events with clear milestones and KPIs.• Develop and maintain integrated event plans, tracking progress and engagement.• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between IIT-Bombay teams, member organisations, faculty, and external vendors.• Ensure event learnings are captured and fed back into engagement initiatives.Success Indicators:• Increase in industry-sponsored engagements (projects, consultancy, grants, partnerships).• On-time, on-budget execution of strategic events with documented impact.• Positive stakeholder feedback on program clarity, communication, and execution quality.Skills and Expertise:• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Target-driven with a focus on outcomes and ROI.• Strong ethical standards, integrity, and adaptability to diverse work environments.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
