Educational Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA)Years of Experience (minimum & maximum)4 to 8 YearsPurpose of the Role To ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other business tax regulations through meticulous planning, reporting, and automation of tax monitoring systems. The role involves developing robust processes for tax compliance, preparing detailed tax checklists, and leveraging automation tools to enhance efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other business taxations, ensuring the organization’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough reviews and prepare GST and TDS checklists on a monthly basis, incorporating predefined checks to minimize errors and risks.Develop, automate, and maintain Tax Exception Dashboards for real-time monitoring and proactive management of potential tax risks.Support internal teams by providing expertise on tax-related matters and collaborating with external auditors to ensure compliance during audits.Analyze tax data to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and savings while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.Key DeliverablesMonthly GST and TDS checklists prepared and reviewed with zero errors.Real-time Tax Exception Dashboards operationalized and regularly updated.100% compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other tax regulations.Timely submission of accurate tax reports to regulatory authorities.
