Role:-Direct Tax Litigation & Transfer Pricing ExecutiveExpe:- 3-7 YrsLocation :- Bandra,(West)-MumbaiKey ResponsibilitiesDirect Tax Litigation• Assist in handling income tax litigation matters• Draft and review appeals, submissions, replies, and written representations• Support proceedings before Assessing Officer (AO), CIT(A), ITAT, and other authorities• Research case laws, judicial precedents, and CBDT circulars• Coordinate with tax counsels, CAs, and internal teamsTransfer Pricing• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation• Conduct FAR analysis and benchmarking studies• Assist in determination of Arm’s Length Price (ALP)• Support Form 3CEB preparation and TP compliance• Assist during TP assessments and audits• Work on cross-border related party transactions________________________________________Required Qualifications & Skills• CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / LLM (Tax) / • Sound understanding of Income Tax Act, 1961• Working knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and OECD guidelines• Experience in tax litigation or TP documentation preferred• Strong drafting, analytical, and Excel skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment________________________________________
