The role emphasizes maintaining high customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and effectively coordinating between clients and internal teams to deliver top-quality results.Qualifications- Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to understand and address client needs effectively - Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional-level Presentations - Customer Service expertise to handle inquiries and provide support - Experience in Account Management to oversee and maintain client accounts efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Relevant experience or qualifications in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus
