This is a high-impact leadership role offering the chance to mentor a high-performing team while negotiating high-stakes agreements at the intersection of traditional banking and modern technology.Manager: Enterprise Banking BusinessJob Location: MumbaiWork from officeWhat you will do:Lead the management and improvement of relationships with important PSU bank partners, focusing on strong engagement and long-term growth opportunities.Develop and oversee the entire strategy for credit card programs with partner banks, ensuring smooth operations and measurable returns on investment.Expand FPL Technologies' presence in enterprise banking by finding new bank partners, setting regional goals, and handling important negotiations.Work with internal teams and partners to improve and implement processes that boost program efficiency and partner satisfaction.Mentor and support a team of managers, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.Quickly resolve critical partner issues to maintain strong relationships and ensure business runs smoothly.Analyze the credit card industry, partner landscape, and competitors to guide strategic decisions and spot new market opportunities.Having experience working into banking partnership or managing banks as clients is an added advantage.What are we looking for : Essential Qualifications:Proven experience of 10+ years in enterprise banking, B2B partnerships, or strategic alliance management, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.Demonstrated success in managing high-value client relationships and driving business growth with large financial institutions, particularly PSU banks.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.Experience in end-to-end program management, including defining metrics, optimizing processes, and measuring ROI.Analytical mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and translate insights into actionable strategies.Ability to handle critical escalations and navigate complex partner environments. Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in credit card program management or a deep understanding of the consumption credit industry.Experience in a leadership role, including mentoring or managing a team.A strong network within the Indian banking ecosystem, particularly with PSU banks.Familiarity with digital payment solutions and fintech product ecosystems.
