This role plays a key part in strengthening operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting business growth in the region.Location: Bangalore, IndiaDirect Manager: Country ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations to ensure production, service, and support activities run smoothly and efficiently. - Ensure compliance with Esco standards, safety regulations, SOPs, and quality requirements. - Monitor operational and commercial KPIs; drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost control, and execution. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Service, Sales, and Productteams to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows. - Lead operational planning, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling aligned with business and sales demand. - Own CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and disciplined usage by sales and service teams. - Manage sales reporting, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and management dashboards. - Enforce pricing discipline, including price list governance, discount controls, and approval workflows. - Act as the central coordination point between sales, service, and operations for pre-sales and post-sales execution. - Manage and support pre-sales and post-sales executives, ensuring timely quotations, order processing, and customer handovers. - Identify operational and commercial gaps and implement process improvements, including Lean, Kaizen, and 5Sinitiatives. - Support digitalization and system improvements, including CRM–ERP integration. - Ensure operational documentation, reports, and records are accurate and up to date. - Manage facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and operational safety. - Support new product introductions, projects, and operational expansion activities. - Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability. - Provide regular updates to management on operational performance, sales pipeline health, risks, and timelines.Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field. - At least 4 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management. - Familiar with production processes, quality standards, and operational workflow management. - Experience in Lean/Kaizen/5S or continuous improvement programs is an advantage. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational priorities.
