Level: ManagerDepartment: CFO AdvisoryExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: MumbaiEducation: CA (Mandatory)We are seeking candidates with experience in CFO or Accounting Advisory, ideally within the NBFC and Banking sectors.Key Skills:- Expertise in Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP, and/or IFRS. - Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (Companies Act, SEBI). - Experience in M&A, group restructuring, and finance transformation projects. - Familiarity with financial reporting requirements for securities listings.Responsibilities:- End-to-end project management, including team guidance on accounting/financial reporting. - Client relationship management and oversight of project progress. - Providing technical support on GAAP conversions and financial reporting issues. - Demonstrating technical expertise and business acumen. - Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Candidate Profile:- Strong domain and accounting knowledge. - Advanced analytical and data analytics skills (knowledge of SAP/Oracle a plus). - Leadership, communication, and client management abilities. - Experience in IT systems and MS Office tools. - CA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Relevant certifications are a plus.-
