In 2022, we won the "Best Fintech Award" at the Financial Express India's Best Bank Awards, and in 2024, won the title of "Best Fintech In Lending" in the Lending category at the Business Today Best Bank Awards basis the 28th edition of the BT-KPMG Best Bank survey.Some high level things you would own but not limited to:•Providing support in preparation of Financial Decks to be presented to top management, investors and lenders•Preparation of PL of new products and analysing the profitability and monitoring performance of new product launch•Analyze the financial performance of other players / competitors in the industry, understand the standard business practices and benchmarking with our company for improved business processes / practices & financial performance•Preparation of Monthly MIS to be shared with investors in Monthly Reporting in their format•Support in Identifying Cost savings ideas, tapping revenue leakages and controlling cost wastages•Ensuring cohesive coordination between Management Accounting Team & FP&A Team•Providing support in preparation of Monthly ECL workings as per applicable INDAS•Providing support in preparation of Annual Operating Plan, 5 year Plan.•Providing support in different audit closure works•Preparing/ Reviewing the data as and when asked by different lenders•Preparation of various reports as and when required by managementWhat you would possess already:•Experience and proven excellence in FP&A.•Understanding of Accounting Standards/principles and good quotative aptitude is a preliminary requirement•Excellent communication, presentation and decision-making skills•Should have knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.•Strong Financial acumen, knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, Accounting Standards, financial ratios and inter-company transactions•Experience in Business benchmarking, Financial Benchmarking, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Trend analysis, Simulation, MIS and other FP&A Activities and Business / Financial Models•Work as a team player and take individual decisions at the same time in to help the management in quick decision making and profitability analysis•Ability to quickly turn around ad-hoc requests under stringent timelines
