Project Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with a focus on effective contract management. This role involves leading project contracts, managing contract negotiations and executions, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Project Management:Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Contract Management:Oversee contract development, negotiation, review, and execution.Risk Management:Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Stakeholder Management:Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Reporting:Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.Process Improvement:Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.Brand Positioning:Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions.
