About UsWe are a house of D2C e-commerce brands operating across the USA and India, scaling brands through aggressive testing, strong creatives, and data-driven performance marketing.We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer who is strong with numbers, insights, and communication — someone who can read ad data and clearly translate it into creative direction.This is an in-office role for someone serious about growing in paid ads.Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-office)Pay: ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentivesWhat You’ll Do- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns - Support Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) execution - Analyse performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, hook retention) daily - Convert data insights into clear creative feedback for editors & copywriters - Work closely with senior media buyers on scaling & strategy - Identify winning creatives, hooks, audiences, and angles - Track creative fatigue and suggest iterations - Learn and apply Meta algorithm updates & scaling frameworks - Maintain clean reporting and performance dashboardsWhat We’re Looking For- 1–2 years experience with Meta & Google Ads - Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with spreadsheets & dashboards - Ability to clearly explain what’s working, what’s not, and why - Understanding of performance metrics and creative-level analysis - Comfortable collaborating with creative teams - Willing to learn fast in a high-testing environment - Must work in-office at Goregaon WestBonus Points- Experience in D2C / e-commerce - Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Meta breakdowns, creative reporting - Curiosity around Meta algorithm behavior & scaling logicWhy Join Us- Learn directly from senior media buyers - Strong exposure to creative + performance decision-making - Clear growth path to Media Buyer / Senior Media Buyer - Performance-based incentives on top of salary
