As we continue to scale in the D2C space, we're seeking an Analytics Manager to help transform data into strategic advantage.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a results-driven Analytics Manager who thrives on making sense of complex data and translating it into clear business insights. This role demands a strong analytical foundation, comfort with modern data tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and customer experience teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboarding & Reportingo Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studioo Create custom reporting solutions for business functions including marketing performance, customer behaviour, and sales KPIsPredictive & Advanced Analytics o Apply statistical modelling (e.g., regression, clustering, cohort analysis) to forecast revenue, customer LTV, price elasticity, Repeats, NPS, churn, P&L, Category insights and campaign effectivenesso Run A/B tests to optimize website experience, pricing strategies, and ad creativesData Analysis & Modellingo Perform exploratory data analysis using Python or R for trend identification and deep diveso Develop predictive models (e.g., churn, CLTV, demand forecasting)o Implement and monitor A/B tests for campaign and product experimentsData Engineering Supporto Write optimized queries using SQL for data extractiono Collaborate with the engineering team on data pipeline improvement, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracyo Experience working with ETL toolsMarketing & E-commerce Analyticso Track key D2C metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and campaign attributiono Analyse performance across digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, eCommerce platforms etc.o Segment customer cohorts and analyse lifecycle behaviourBusiness Partnering & Strategic Insightso Collaborate with product, growth, and leadership teams to influence decisions with datao Translate analytical findings into concise, actionable insights and strategieso Present findings to C-level stakeholders in a structured and data-backed narrativeSkills & Qualifications4–6 years of hands-on experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, Banking or D2C sectors.Proficiency in:SQL (advanced level)Python/R for statistical analysis and modellingPower BI, Tableau, or Looker for dashboardingStrong knowledge of advanced Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysisWeb Scrapping, API IntegrationFamiliarity with Google Analytics, GA4, CRM platforms, Shopify, or similar e-commerce toolsExperience with version control (Git) and basic data engineering concepts is a plusBachelor's/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)What You’ll GainExposure to the fast-growing men’s grooming category with a bold, digital-first brandDirect influence on business outcomes through strategic insightsIf you're passionate about using data to drive business impact in a high-growth D2C environment, Beardo is the place for you.
