This role demands strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, corporate laws, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution in investment banking.Key Responsibilities Conductdue diligencefor capital market transactions. Handledrafting, compliance, disclosure, and reportingrequirements. Ensure properrecord keepingin line with SEBI and regulatory norms. Interact and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution. Performquality checksand ensure accuracy of all client deliverables. Preparepitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums . Stay updated with guidelines/regulations underSEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act , etc. Collaborate with internal teams for execution ofCapital Markets transactions(IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc.).Requirements Minimum 1 + years’ experiencein Merchant Banking or Investment Banking. Strong knowledge ofSEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations . Experience incapital markets transactionsand regulatory compliance. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillsin English. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and client-handlingskills.
