About PharmEasyAbout the team and role:We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead regional accounting,reporting, and controlling activities for multiple warehouses and operational units.The ideal candidate will be a CA or MBA (Finance) with around 8 years ofexperience, preferably serving as a Regional Accounts Head in reputed product-based organizations.This role will oversee financial reporting, cost control, and statutory compliance forthe region, ensuring accurate and timely financial management aligned withorganizational goals.Key responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Controlling-- Manage and oversee financial reporting for all warehouses and production unitswithin the assigned region.- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of P&L statements, variance analyses, andcost center reports.- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes at the regionallevel.- Implement and monitor cost control measures across units to enhance operationalefficiency and profitability.- Review and analyze unit-level financial performance, identifying deviations andrecommending corrective actions.Accounting Operations-- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensureaccuracy, timeliness, and compliance.- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and management audits. - Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with company policies andfinancial standards.Leadership & Collaboration-- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ accounting professionals, fostering a culture ofaccountability and continuous improvement.- Collaborate closely with operations, warehousing, and supply chain teams to alignfinancial controls with business processes.- Provide management with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Desired Candidate Profile:- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controllingroles.- Industry Preference: Product-based organizations – consumer durables,manufacturing, or FMCG
