Someone who has taken teams through major growth phases — including scaling people orgs from 100 to 500+ employees, while ensuring clarity in structure, leadership readiness, and employee satisfaction.A balanced operator and coach — bringing process discipline, cultural maturity, and a long-term view to help people teams grow sustainably.What they bring- Experience leading large teams through rapid scaling and workforce transformation - Built automated HR workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction - Defined and operationalized KRAs, OKRs, and goal-setting frameworks at 200+ scale - Designed chain of command structures, policies, escalation frameworks, and HR playbooks - Trained leadership regularly on performance, hiring, reporting structures, and people development - Built systems for employee knowledge retention and knowledge-loss prevention - Able to create clear succession pipelines and leadership readiness plans, ensuring future leaders are identified early and developed intentionally. - Solved org challenges including long working hours, burnout, culture scale risk, employee morale, and satisfaction - Built a people culture that supports collaboration, team cohesion, leadership evolution, and employee wellbeingAgency scaling mandate- Build a future-ready people structure to scale from 100 → 500+ in 2–3 years - Create long-term leadership training programs, HR automation, org design clarity, and knowledge retention systems - Strengthen culture, leadership diversity, employee satisfaction, team building, and talent stability - Ensure growth happens with clarity, trust, learning depth, and organizational maturityWorking model- Full-time or consultant — both open - Able to spend 3–4 days/week in office - Has operated at 200+ org scale and understands growth pressures long-term - Worked in Media, Advertising, Entertainment, creative Industries - Cumulative work experience should be 15 years + - Worked 3+ years with family-run, independent, or local businesses in India, with strong understanding of owner-led people dynamics and fast decision environments.ExpectationWe expect this role to also help build and shape the organization’s long-term growth vision — guiding people strategy, leadership culture, learning depth, and HR structure with maturity and resilience.
