Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Account Manager – SMB Business with strong experience in the Commercial PC segment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing small & medium business clients, understanding their IT hardware needs, and driving consistent sales growth in the B2B space.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the SMB customer base in the assigned territory (Mumbai region) - Drive sales of commercial desktop, laptop, workstation, and accessories to SMB clients - Engage with decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement, Admin) to understand client needs - Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business targets - Generate new leads, follow up on existing inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales - Collaborate with channel partners/distributors for order fulfillment and post-sales support - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasting and reporting - Stay updated with the latest trends in commercial PC solutions and competitor offeringsDesired Candidate Profile:- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales within the PC/Laptop/IT Hardware industry - Strong network with SMB clients in the Mumbai market - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment - Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personalityInterested candidate kindly share your resume on anju@Regards,Anju SalunkeSmart Source
