We assist our clients in navigating these challenges, offering them a strategic advantage in achieving their goals.Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-calibre Senior Associate to support and elevate our existing business. This role directly partners with the Founder to manage client portfolios, deliver high-quality research, drive execution, and ensure an exceptional experience for our primarily C-suite and HNI clientele.The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, disciplined, and demonstrates high ownership with extreme attention to detail.Key Responsibilities1. Client Portfolios & Relationship Management- Work closely with the Founder to manage client relationships and provide ongoing portfolio support.- Conduct timely portfolio reviews, track evolving client needs, and execute portfolio adjustments.- Oversee the delivery of periodic portfolio reports and ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.- Maintain the highest standards of communication, professionalism, and discretion while dealing with senior-level clientele.- Guide and supervise Associates to ensure client deliverables, reports, and research work are completed to high standards.2. Investment Research & Insights- Liaise with the Research Team to curate and deliver relevant research inputs for clients.- Conduct due-diligence on investment products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and thematic strategies.- Track global and domestic market developments- including macro indicators, commodities, rates, and inflation - and translate insights into actionable client communication.3. Execution & Operational Coordination- Work with clients, the Service Manager, and the Operations Team to execute transactions seamlessly.- Ensure all operational processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client timelines.4. Technology, Digital & Automation- Demonstrate strong Excel proficiency and ability to work at high speed under accuracy-sensitive workflows. (Must-have)- Possess a natural inclination toward systems improvement, automation, and process optimisation. (Preferred)- Leverage AI tools and modern digital platforms to improve efficiency, research, and reporting workflows. (Preferred)Essential Skills & Qualities- High ownership and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.- Extreme attention to detail in communication, reporting, and execution.- Managerial capability to guide junior team members and ensure deliverables are met.- Relationship management skills, especially with senior corporate stakeholders.- Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and articulate insights clearly.- High digital quotient - comfort with Excel, dashboards, automation tools, and new technology.- Investment product knowledge (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs) is a strong advantage.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree + CFA/Equivalent Qualification or CA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.- Prior experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking (3–6 years).What Success Looks Like in This Role- High quality communication & service with Clients leading to Positive Investor experience as well as Increase in Referrals.- Research insights that meaningfully support client decision-making.- Smooth execution of all transactions with zero operational errors.- Improved internal workflows through automation and technology adoption.- Associates working under you are productive, aligned, and well-directed.
