About CompanyIncorporated more than 15 years ago, the company is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). With an assets under management (AUM) of approximately Rs 4,000 crores, the NBFC operates over 170 branches across more than 10 states and employs around 2,000 people. It primarily serves the MSME sector by offering business loans, as well as vehicle loans .ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Banks and Payment Banks for cash collections operation customization through CMS services offered by them.Manage bank account opening and closure with required documentation.Coordinate with Banks to strengthen digital payment product offerings like NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, wallet payments, UPI, BBPS, and payment gateways.Liaise with banks to monitor and control bank charges, initiating corrective measures to reduce banking collection costs.Coordinate with internal business teams to provide support for banking services and strengthen NBFC’s overall collection infrastructure.Required Knowledge and ExpertiseGood knowledge of Cash Management Products (CMS) of banks, cash pickup services, cheque pickup services, payment banks, and business correspondent models.Understanding of collections through NPCI NACH/ENACH mandates and auto-debit facilities.Knowledge of digital collections and payments for NBFC (BBPS, UPI, payment gateways).Sound knowledge of bank reconciliation.SkillsStrong Excel skills.Effective communication skills.Mandatory RequirementPrimary Job Profile : Corporate TreasuryTechnical Skills : Vendor mgmt, Banking Operations, Digital Collections HandlingCandidate Industry Requirement: Bank/ NBFC/ FintechCandidate Location Requirement: Mumbai
